These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PureFrameAI’s services and any partnership agreement entered into with PureFrameAI. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

PureFrameAI is a Brand Growth Partner, not simply a content production studio. We help businesses build trust, strengthen their identity, and communicate their value through UGC (user-generated content) style video and AI-powered advertising. Every project is the beginning of a partnership, not a one-off transaction.

PureFrameAI provides UGC video production, AI advertising videos, product promotion videos, social media advertisements, TikTok content, Instagram Reels, Facebook advertising content, YouTube Shorts, commercial product videos, brand campaigns, character-based advertising, AI brand ambassador creation, and creative marketing consultation.

Our official production rate is US $2.00 per completed 10-second video. This is the official minimum production rate of PureFrameAI, and we do not reduce it.

If a client voluntarily chooses to compensate beyond this rate because of exceptional creativity, business value, project complexity, long-term collaboration, or appreciation for our work, such additional payment is entirely voluntary and sincerely appreciated. It is never required.

All partnerships are structured under one of the following service terms: 1, 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. Each partnership requires a minimum monthly commitment of thirty (30) completed 10-second videos.

Projects requesting fewer than thirty (30) videos per month fall outside the scope of the PureFrameAI Brand Growth Partnership Program and may be evaluated separately at our discretion.

As a gesture of appreciation for clients who commit to extended partnerships, complimentary bonus videos are included at no additional cost: 5 bonus videos for 3-month partnerships, 10 for 6-month, 15 for 9-month, and 20 for 12-month partnerships.

These complimentary videos are a Long-Term Partnership Reward and do not represent a discount, price reduction, or modification of our official production rates. They may be scheduled and delivered throughout the partnership period at PureFrameAI’s discretion, and are available exclusively to clients who successfully fulfill the terms of their selected partnership agreement.
